i have downloaded the latest stable version 51 and i have followed all instructions i go to load the game and on the pink loading bar 1cm loads then it crashes my specs are

Windows 7 64BIT
Nvidia 1GB
4GB RAM
Installed GTA 3 / GTA VC / GTA SA / GTA IV

Do you know about beta 59.1 and the patch that goes with this?

There are also install instructions on how to install this making an empty folder first.

Installing the mod into this, then the Anims and Audio folders.

do you mean 51.9 or is there a 59.1 that i don't know about
also i don't have any car sounds, i'm not the only one right?

51.9. sorry mate.

This had something to do with your Audio file, sounds like you have some files missing.
