So MAX is the best program to do modding. Why dont you get a cracked version and use that mate? Does MAX do a lot of the hard work for you, as in create the files needed to run your map mods?

I will not use any cracked version.

I was going to delete your post, but I'll leave it be because of this next post is to inform you and others who might want to talk about getting warez apps or download links.

There are other modelling programs that are legally free and easy to use, it is just a matter of time finding one that I like, Blender for example.

The way I see it is if Autodesk want to sell these products at a very high price, they are going to miss out on other groups of people who would want to use MAX either for educational, non-profit or just recreational purposes.

Max is the most powerful package around coming from when I used to use MAX 7 in my employment days.

I am not in with today's download generation, I try and buy what I need as far as DVD's and Blu-Rays go.

I choose to follow the same rules as GTAForums, and have made these rules part of this board also and they're two reasons for this:

1. I might be seen as supporting illegal download links/ warez by having topics about this.

2. It could be viewed as promoting illegal downloads/ warez by doing nothing to moderate this board or any other boards on my network.

This board or any of my others could be closed. I could find myself up against legal action if I allow such content to be shown, and I live in a country where this happens a lot. So please stick to the rules or I will stick you on the BAN list.

I am not trying to be a Nazi Style Admin, but to fill in line with UK laws I have to run my Networks in a clean and safe manner for me and those who read these boards.
