Exploring Windows 7, and I found a number of problems running the mod myself.

To get the mod working please try the following.

1. In the users folder of the mod, just copy the user data to your systems documents folder.

Ie. C:\GTASOL5.1/users/* -> C:\Users\$youraccount\Documents
(This will also help fix the screen res problem.)

2. Start up Dev console in XP mode, this can be done by clicking on Properties, Compatibility tab 

Run as Windows XP (Service Pack 3)

3. Run the gtasol.exe also in compatibilitity mode just like Devconsole.

4. Mod should work, if not give me the error line that Dev Console outputs..

 Wink Im also having problem running this mod in windows 7 !
I never had problem running this mod on Windows XP SP3!
When i shifted to windows 7, it crashes on loading.
Thanx for ur solution man...
