Hi everyone, I am a great fan of GTA and have just recently found out that you can mod the pc versions (I know get with the times aye  ). Anyways, the idea really interests me so I started downloading mods to add to my original pc Vice City. Ive done a few cars and added a few islands and bridges. But I have had some success and some that have not worked out, but I was looking into the idea of having the SA, VC and Liberty city on the one map. I was pleased to finally find someone who has actually archived this even if it is still in testing. I am downloading the GTASOL mod as I type this message, I wont be able to see if I can get it working for a day as I am on dial up  . But good things come to those who wait.

I found out about the state of liberty mod today on a forum, witch was posted about a year ago.

Is the tunnel system between islands working now? 

Do you have peds and cars on all islands now?

I have noticed that you have more water coverage now, witch is good progress.

Will your story line Be based around Tommy Vercetti, or will you just use his skin and give him a new persona?

Can you play the Vice City missions after this mod is installed?

Until I install it I only have the screen shots I have seen to go on, but I have to say well done to everyone involved. I cant wait to travel between citys as one massive game.

Hi 

The tunnel system works if you use the heavy cars cheat included in the trainer.

Peds and cars are still only on Vice City.

The story line will be based around Danny Martinez. Check out the characters thread.

The Vice City missions have been wiped off, but you own all properties.

 

Thanks mate, Ill have a look at the story line thread. Just a quick question to all who is reading, do you know when the cars and peds will make it over to the other islands? you can drive over to the other islands right?
