The map has almost done for SA, but it has a lot of bugs.
With the VC version, I was forced to restart from scratch 5 times over before I got it right since I started the project back in March 2005.

(GTASOL 50.1 Map version 5) upwards is stable and I think everyone who has played the mod is happy with that map.

SA version, (beta 52.0 Map version 1) is unreleased for a very good reason.

I am reaching the point now where I need to start this again with a better way to convert the LC and VC models, and other existing models from the new islands within the SOL VC version as this has 3 different dff formats and that is the problem, Converting these files is not as easy as you may think.

I can be heart breaking to put so much time into something and almost get to the end and find there are issues with the files, plus SA has no dev console like VC has, so if there is a problem in the files, its a lot of messing about before you find the dff or col file that is creating the problem.

I did convert the SA models by hand to VC when I released SOLBeta 47.0, this was when I started to add SA where all 12,400 dff files had to be converted by hand, but I didn't know that KAMs scripts for 3dsmax did not really convert the SA models that well without alpha texture issues or just buggy models that can randomly crash the game.

There has never been a dff file convertion tool that can convert Rw3.1 upto Rw3.6 or back to Rw3.1 without problems, and why things have taken so long, but with the help or Aswa (SAinVC mod) I was able to get the models right for the VC version.

Right the Exe;

Sacky's limit adjucter was made for the GTA united team only, when I asked for permission to use this I was turned away with them saying no.

So I need to start work on our own limit adjuster for VC and SA, Allowing everyone to use it.

I would like this to patch GTAIII, VC and SA  in one tool, and I am researching how this could be done as well and finishing the map still for GTASOL VC, as well as working on the SA version keeping that map up to date aswell.

Another reason why I have put the word out, Advertising that I need help now, Modders/ coders to join the team.

I have been almost working alone on this project since 2007, and I can not do everything alone anymore, there is only so much one person can do, I do not have the time or energy, I had back in 2005-7 Smiley

I no tool anymore.

I lost a lot of dev tools when I moved back from Canada to the UK.

I just tested the Vice City version of your mod and realized that this is what i searched for many years Smiley
Finally all three GTA Cities in one map......great
I'd love to see this mod for San Andreas. The engine and the whole game feeling is much better there. I only realized that by playing vice city after beeing used to San Andreas. Before that, i thought the only difference between both would be the map^^

So, i hope you'll find someone who can help you finishing the SA exe. I really admire you for having done this mod for your one since now.
Can't imagine how much time you must have spent for it
