I don't know if this is the correct place to post, if its not feel free to delete/move this post.

I recently remodeled the Front Page Cafe building in Vice City and added an interior to it. There is no sense in me releasing the modification by itself, but I'd love to donate it to SOL if you are interested.

I can send you all the necessary files if you would like.

A lot of cool stuff is happening in SOL to make the Project stand out.

LC is being remodelled, and I am almost done with that.

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

MLL is coming on well with a lot of new buildings.

I am finding it very hard to get the right kind of buildings in there and this is taking forever to get right.

I have problems mapping the right UV wrapper (Applied Texture) scale and offset X, Y cords to the new model. as I end up with badly textured models?. with the texture applied not saved correctly.

The saved dff has the new texture but has lost it's UV Offset, tiling and scaling settings?

The above picture is a new island connecting VC to SA and Midway island and this needs a lot of work, I am picking over it right now, not sure what it should be.

A Dockland with factories?
An Abandoned island with wrecked buildings.
Something new.

Okay I will pack it into a rar and either pm it to you later on tonight or tomorrow.

I think dockland with factories would be best seeing that its a small island, but its up to you. If you need me to model anything I have some spare time right now for the next week or so.

The file links you gave me did not work, I never liked those free hosting sites anyway, so add me to skype as X-Seti

I need to find time and meet you online and give you some plots to work on.

I have been busy trying to finish the seabed for all the islands but this has been turning into a knight-mare as there is something really wrong with Kams scripts. Cheesy

The problem is I can not load the seabed.ipl into max (MAP IO)?, so I have attached those files here to see if someone else can LOAD them in.

If you can see all the models in MAX with their mashes this will be shown as a ton of squares so save it as a MAX file and send it back to me.

Creating the models from scratch has proved to be too hard given the way the islands are laid out with the tunnels linking all the islands.

The tunnels need to be cut from the new models and this has not been so easy, so I scrapped those models and started over this time using KED to lay out pilot models where I need to create the new models around the tunnels and island edges.

Knowing where the tunnels are I can create the new models with the exact holes for the tunnels.

Thankyou Mate, I got it in.

I will check this out shortly mate, thank you.

Missing texture, I'd use one of the stone ones, lets see if I can sort those windows as there kind of big.

Today I am going to try some other stuff out.

I find it interesting how it works this way via UV Map and UV wrapping.

This is not the way I am used to texturing selected faces.

I use the Material editor, add the textures as GTA Material and use the scale and offset bitmap editor there.

So here goes. Smiley
